      Pros

      The company has a genuinely collaborative culture. My team was supportive, and leadership was approachable and transparent about company goals. There was a strong emphasis on professional development, including a yearly learning stipend and access to online courses. Work-life balance was generally respected, with flexible hours and remote work options. Compensation was competitive for the market, and benefits (healthcare, 401k match, PTO) were solid.

      Cons

      As the company scaled, processes didn’t always keep up. Priorities shifted frequently, which sometimes created confusion and rework. Communication between departments could be improved, especially during product launches. Promotions and career path clarity were inconsistent across teams.
