      Well-organized, clear instruction. Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Controlling. Don't let employees withdraw a class that they don't find comfortable teaching, must do too many things to be able to withdraw, it's stressful, don't help the teacher to cope with the problem, but ask us to do many steps to deal with the problem ourselves.
