None at all I can think of

Cons

The management are rude , insulting and disrespectful and have no regard for their employees welfare. Mental Health issues are treated as a failure and they will punish you for that! They are only interested in paying the minimum wage they can and make all staff work long hours the bonus scheme is non existent , and every time employees reach the level for a bonus , surprise surprise the goal posts get moved! They are a joke company and are going down the pan with staff members leaving left right and centre! They are an absolute disgrace!

We are saddened to hear that you feel as though there were no cons to working at E-Mobility and you did not enjoy your time with us. As a company, we ensure regular 3 monthly personal development reviews are carried out with each individual, to understand if there are any queries/concerns during your employment with us, so it's a shame to hear this upon your absence. A number of the cons you mention are held very highly throughout our main values within the company, so are shocked to hear you feel this way. Here at E-Mobility Search, we offer bonus incentives to all our employees (in addition) to their main role, as a reward for their hard work and continued support. As per our original company policy, which is explained to all employees during their on-boarding process, you will receive all bonus payments in the same month's salary, as long as certain criteria is met and you are in employment with us and not serving notice at the time of issue. It also states that we have the right to withdraw or amend bonus at any time, as per the needs of the business, however this is always communicated with our team members prior to making any changes. The mental and physical health of all our employees is of utmost importance to us and that is something we take very seriously. However, going forward, we will make sure that all concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately, so that everyone has the best possible experience working with us!

Working from Home and a good base salary!

the underhanded bullying here is awful! any excuse not to pay your commission.. such a long winded and unnecessary recruitment practice, set out to help you fail which means the excuse of no commission! no work/life balance, you're expected to sell your soul to them.. for nothing in return!

We appreciate your positive feedback, as we pride ourselves for building a supportive and welcoming remote work environment for all staff. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as we always strive to provide a better workplace environment for all our employees. Regarding any commission not payable to you, as per our original company policy, which has been in place since incorporation, this will only ever be the case if you are serving notice with us at the time any bonus is due to be paid. As in most/all companies, bonus is paid as an extra incentive for current staff members to reward their continued performance within the company, however to receive this, the member of staff must currently be working at the company. Unfortunately, as this has always been presented to all employees during their on-boarding process with E-Mobility, we must honour our processes, which our team pride ourselves on. The mental and physical health of all our employees is of utmost importance to us and that is something we take very seriously, hence why we provide a flexible working from home solution, along with a full team of support staff (front and back office) who are approachable and friendly for any queries you may have. Please do feel free to reach out to our HR department to explain a bit more about your experience, if you wish.
