Pros
e2E's corporate culture is it's greatest asset. There are not only highly capable engineers, but managers with excellent soft skills and who actually care about their people. In addition, the support functions treat people as people, and the management structure means that you can easily reach any layer you need.
Cons
Career progression isn't yet well defined, but it's an action being addressed.
