      - you will be working on a life saving product

      Cons

      - it is a dictatorship style management - if you dont follow the dictator your day to day work becomes hell. - they will kick you out as soon as they achieve a milestone and you are not needed anymore - yes sir attitude is more appreciated than progress and contribution
