Pros
No pros. Only AC works good.
Cons
Salary is being delayed. Zero skill development. Only documentsation is done in company. Company is running towards loss. Only relatives get all benefits. Working hours 10-11. New joinees are being fooled in the name of German MNC. Making profit by cutting employees tea cost. No work life balance. Time is being count when you use washroom. Lame HR. Salary and other benefits are not paid when employee is on notice period and leave the company.

Very good exposure to german standards, good opportunity to work onsite, good salary comparing to other companies, most of the coleagues are energetic and hard working.
Cons
Sometimes have to work on saturdays, Few local guys spreading negativity.
