      Flexibility in the role to support clients

      Cons

      Supervisors and Leadership team is inept at best. Promises and promotions are discussed and promised that never materialize. Work Groups are offered on a volunteer basis on your own time and dime.

      Pros

      This is absolutely the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone is so supportive, the benefits are great, the atmosphere is so warm, welcoming and upbeat. I can't say enough good.
