-The salary is good if you work with LATAM projects. -Private Healthcare -The office environment is friendly and most of the coworkers help if you have problems.
Cons
-Really bad management. -Penalty if you leave the company in 2 years due to a training (but this training doesn't cost that, so think about it if you want to join. -Bad career opportunities. You can stay 5 years in this company and your base salary won't be higher than 26.000€. -Bad respect from the bosses. -Is a big company but managed like a family business. -Not flexible schedule. -Very easy to have no paid extra time work. -Forbidden to have 5 min break to breathe fresh air.
