Could be great experience, but definitely not for everyone

Pros
Colleagues are generally helpful. Plenty of learning experience and exposure because company takes a wide range of engineering RnD projects, including those related to the latest technologies. Company management has vision.
Cons
There is little to no guidance on the job, you are expected to be self-starting. Turnover rate is high and there are almost no senior staff in RnD. Even under this condition, expectations are still high.

Pros
They will hire anybody willing to work for minimum wage. Hence why everyone here is an intern or a fresh grad. Even myself I was hired as CTO just after graduation.
Cons
CEO Tzer is incompetent. Salary is paid late. Peanut pay. Long hours of work with ridiculous expectations. Company is being run like a sweat shop. Angry clients.
