1. Politics
The politics in the office is more than the politics involved in creating the unity government.
2. Fake corporate culture
Drills its corporate culture into you monthly when the reality of things is that it’s all propaganda. Practices the opposite of its corporate culture. “Open communication” is non-existent and “People first” is only when top management’s own people are involved.
3. No trust and respect for its sales team.
Does not listen to feedback and blames salespeople when the company underperforms even when warnings were provided months ahead.
4. No concrete plans / poor execution
Has multiple end goals with no concrete plans in action. Copy pastes what other companies are doing and expects it to work. Questions, accuses, and blames salespeople when it doesn’t.
5. Double work due to incompetency.
Forces you to complete work with extremely short timelines, then gets you to revamp it making your first task redundant. Then gets you to repeat the same task again without changes knowing that it will have to be revamped again.
Generally, working in this company has been extremely frustrating and emotionally draining. As a product consultant, you can expect to be working on weekends just to keep up with paperwork.
