      Business model doesn't work any longer - they need to rehire their staff on lower rates to be competitive

      - The engineering-first methodology - The eastern-European mentality - love it! - The people - very nice, talented and diverse, from all over the world!

      Cons

      - Being on-bench for too long - Constantly having to justify your existence with your clients - lockdown pretty much killed the on-site model, now UK staff are not needed and too expensive
