      Coworkers are all good people and do good work.

      Cons

      The owner thinks he is always the smartest guy in the room and treats everyone like they are disposable. There was an earlier review from back when it was SAW engineering, that pretty much summed it up perfectly. 2-3 years later people are still getting fired on a whim.
