The team of people who I was working with were probably the best group I've ever worked with. Professional, hard working and supportive
Cons
The senior management team provided poor direction, lacked any strategy and ultimately lost hundreds of thousands of pounds of funding due to mis management (the company used to be called Elmfield Trianing)
