      Pros

      The entire permanent team is amazing. From managers, to supervisors, to owners, everyone is kind, dedicated, happy, and knowledgable. I was thankful to make the connections I did through this position.

      Hours can be long and work can be very physically demanding for only ok pay.

      Bad payments Travel costs to job sites are not covered Company has no meaningful measures against employees' suffering from the work Your vehicles will be ruined You will be walking all day and your supervisors will herd you to walk even faster when you are already trying your best Your efforts are not recognized or appreciated by the company You will be exhausted, most likely, by the end of the work
