Was a huge fan but lack of management, toxic environment, and lack of tools to perform duties spoiled things.
Pros
Exquisite jewelry, incredible style, aesthetically amazing.
Cons
During my time there, there was a lack of a full time manager. We needed one badly as the work environment was extremely toxic and unprofessional due to no one setting proper boundaries or creating a standard for a healthy workplace. Lots of talking behind people's backs and not addressing anything directly. Things were ridiculously casual, but then you would get reprimanded at times for being casual. Lack of respectful communication from assistant manager who was extremely passive aggressive, negative, and condescending. They routinely hire very young people with no jewelry experience and over work them. The lack of jewelry expertise and overall experience and maturity really shows. They do not provide the tools needed to do the job (such as pricing items, removing old inventory from the system, having a manager or a properly working POS) but then blame all errors on the staff. Lastly, they promised full time hours upon hire and then a month and a half later they cut everyone's hours to 4 days. This caused a lot of tension and distrust. A business can't expect loyalty from staff if they don't show loyalty and support in return. As a result of this chaotic environment, turnover seems frequent. I believe they did have a wonderful manager at one time but she left.
