Colleagues were mostly great. Sales were going well
Cons
Some colleagues made me feel unwelcome, like an outsider. Management had no focus on employee well being. No HR department to report any grievances and when grievances were raised to management, they were ignored. General negative feelings towards the company/management from staff.
