      Pros

      Some great work colleagues …. But they eventually leave Modern offices Staff well-being benefits are ok - however you need them for your stress levels and mental health if you are working there

      Cons

      Controlling senior leaders who micromanage, in particular the senior leaders especially in engineering A job is never done well enough, you get shouted at and blamed Staff leaving all the time. They have lost some great staff. Very low staff motivation The owners do not like you working from home The senior leaders don’t trust staff Pressurised and stressful work environment. Many staff in the engineering team on burnout. Massive lack of staff resources in some teams They ask you to clock in and out of work

      Pros

      I am incredibly proud to have been part of the ETL team for the last 15 years+. • Opportunity for development: During my employment I was able to gain experience working in both the Operations and Sales and Marketing departments. I have been very lucky to have developed my marketing skills and experience with a great team. • Training and Skills: I have been very lucky to have developed my passion for marketing and gained essential skills and experience within a great team. Training opportunities were available and were mostly approved. • My role within the marketing department was varied and interesting. This allowed me and other members of the team to gain experience across many areas of marketing.

      Cons

      • With the continual growth of the company, workload can be heavy and there is quite a lot of pressure to meet deadlines.
