Pros
Good team to work with. The customer account managers are very good generally and are hard working.
Cons
Pay seems ok at first but it is quickly watered down by a lot of unpaid overtime on evenings and weekends. Management's strategy can be confusing and they make too many changes every month to see what sticks. No consistency. They take your bonus off you when you leave which let's face it is there to try and trap you. Too much micromanagement and middle managers are more concerned about their big bonuses then anything else. Lots of great staff at grass roots but they are exploited.
