      Good initially but..

      Pros

      - In the beginning phase, culture was fun - work tasks were ok at the start - flexible working arrangement - this is good - some exposure to existing projects

      Cons

      - as more Chinese came into the management, the culture changed - many restructuring happen that don't work - work became KPI-driven, every work you do has to be written down - not much new projects

      Pros

      Good cash in salary. Office location is in Tg Pagar. Good food around the area.

      Cons

      Chinese politics. Every one is managing up. You don't know who will tell the truth. The founder is remote controlling from China and has no management capabilities. The product in Brunei is so low quality but that kept covering the issues. Always say "this is how things work on China".

      Colleagues generally helpful and friendly. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Operating system like leave application, claims, communication system in Chinese. Micromanaging bosses. Many changes in directions and decisions. Cannot work from home. KPI driven but product unclear. Work constantly being added on to you with tight due dates. Low trust and stress environment generally.
