It has been close to a year and half since I joined Easebuzz. In all honesty, the experience has been nothing short of depressing. The work culture is ridiculous and so are the perks (there are none), the upper management doesn't have a clue about what they are trying to do and don't even get me started on the HRs. Regardless of the quality and quantity of work you do here, the treatment you would get here would be horrible. You'd sometimes be made to work 7 days a week, month in month out and still be ridiculed by your manager. Somehow, you get to have an unusually high number of interactions with the HRs who are the most unqualified bunch of people you'd ever come across. This review may seem like a rant, but it is not. Things are really bad here, simple and plain. There are some very good, hardworking people here though and things do get better being in their company. But I wouldn't wish such an experience on my worst enemy.

The management is bad. Salaries are not up to market standard. No perks or benefits. No work life balance.
