Where should i start from okay..No HR policies.. Only one HR that too inefficient.. Biasness for people in every department.. No trust between the departments .. Every department tries to prove the other department that they are better.. No vision of the company.. No KRA's defined for an employee.. No meetings.. communication gap between the clients n the company. Employees use abusive language on the floor in front of the HR and HR laughs with them.. No quality of output product..
