Pros

Great colleagues who are easy to work with and are striving to succeed .

Cons

Pivoting non-stop with no clear direction of who are clients are. CEO loved to give speeches how he sees the company going to an IPO but forgets that they only really have customers in Israel and have projects churning left and right.
