      Pros

      - Salary above average - Good Holiday (although made to feel guilty when taking it) - Product is excellent

      Cons

      - Inexperienced Management - Bonus is not visible - Too many communication platforms. Hard to strike work life balance - EcoFlow sell direct via webshop and Amazon, making it difficult to win new business especially when undercutting the open market - Poor communication - Want results with little support - False promises made - Aftersales can be hit or miss - Witnessed bullying in the work place numerous times
