The company culture is toxic. Ĥiring is on an almost daily basis. That is because nobody's willing to work here. There is incessant yelling and screaming by this one person who claims to be an expert in Economics but unfortunately, that doesn't seem true. This person also seems to have serious anger management issues alongwith even more serious trust issues. Also, there are statements made that the company's true boss is the Chief Secretary of Delhi, formerly Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. However, it seems suspect until proven. Employees are treated worse than animals. Actually, there are dogs all over the workplace. Constant claims of being a government funded startup but after eight years of operations, can one claim to be a startup? Completely disorganized and constant yelling about how noone performs even when this is not true. Since people don't stay here, no proper team. Total mismanagement.
