      Nice site & location, pay is good

      Cons

      Clipper was all about ethics, these have gone. All about individuals, little team work, toxic work environment. Some really good people outweighed by silo mentality, site director has an issue with women and only concerned abut his bonus.

      The employees have the shared interests of appreciating the natural world. It's a growing company, which allows employees the opportunity to create paths that align with their interests and goals. There are often dogs in the office, which bring laughter and joy. The PTO and benefits are generous and well-received.

      Cons

      Need more procedures and processes created so when an employee leaves, there is documentation to follow.
