      Pros

      - Some genuinely good people to work with, get along with and speak to. Not just your boring "turn up to work and do your job" - Good facilities, with modern approach to an employee experience - Working from home/hybrid working models which is good

      Cons

      - Pay could be much better for colleagues, and starting to align with both local, regional and national competencies - Very demanding work, and you will wear a lot of hats under one role - A young company which at times, i it's downfall.

      Pros

      Professional environment with friendly and approachable senior management. Staff members get involved with new ideas and suggestions during regular team meetings. Regular social events and team lunches make an all-around fun and enjoyable place to work!

      Cons

      Can become busy and very full-on very quickly due to the nature of the work.
