Pros
I learned, oh my god. they used me like a clean slate, YES. but the amount of growth ( skill wise) and reputation i earned in organization is huge. Several Project Maneger handeled and helped me and VP also. when you work directly under VP ofcourse it will be hard but the things he gave me as knowledge is beyond valuation.
Cons
Salary Hike: idk why they hire new people with high salary but who work more than them and take responsibilities those employees salary in never hiked.
