Pros
Handful of friendly employees within the business.
Cons
Extremely poor pay, lack of PPE provided for tasks (had to buy my own...), neglect on health and safety with constant near misses, no development plans, management treat you like a piece of dirt, some employees on huge wages for a lack of work due to being friends with higher ups. Bullying culture occurs here and management turn a blind eye as its a favourite who does the bullying.
