Mostly coworkers and solid benefits.

Cons

Management has no foresight and keep repeating the same mistakes leading to high stress and poor service to the customer. The priority is looking good in the immediate term to the board and government, with no consideration for how current actions may negatively impact long term performance.

- preach mental health but are constantly letting employees go, then immediately posting those same jobs the next day - particular woman in leadership is a power hungry dictator - fake diversity as a company but it is painfully staged internally - no job security - zero transparency - severely underpaying employees but expect you to bend over backwards 25/8 - zero compensation for taking on roles of employees they let go/have quit that they never replace - CEO seems to be a puppet on a string to other leadership members

Nothing positive here it is a phony and fake place where only certain employees are celebrated

Cons

Toxic culture, heavy top loaded upper management all with superiority complexes, say they support mental health but the reality is different they cause stress. Unreasonable work loads and expectations and no support. do not be fooled by the fake news they are a wonderful employer. The HR staff are ruled by the phoniest director and the manager is completely ruthless person.
