Close proximity to work Accomodation is provided (based on availability) in the company estate Nice, serene, quiet environment Constant electricity supply (24/7) Fair work-life balance & quite a number of social activities/parties for staff

Cons

Salary structure is not structured, negotiate well before you accept offer Accomodation is not 100% available Salary increment is not constant & promotion gives you about 10-15% salary increase
