      Nothing to share. Nothing To Learn.

      Cons

      Sr. Engineer doing same work the feel they are very talented using old projects and doing same thing nothing to learn and earn. and the manager says we can not afford a trainer or the staff is much less they cannot give a one day trainning for a fresher. they provide salary for only traveling and in interview asking how much is allowances. they giving salary to an fresher that they can afford only your allownces.

      Started career as a fresher in this company. Great learning experience with hands on unrestricted training in different levels of work with good returns. Company Policies are clearly informed on day 1. Paid what promised with add on performance incentive

      Based in industrial area in central, completely target oriented company, team selected very specifically.
