A medium-large company based locally to me in Herts. Parking, on site restaurant, Costa, good employee benefits. Encouragement of knowledge sharing across employees. A good bunch of people generally...

Cons

Open plan offices which sometimes are and sometimes aren't a benefit. Although plenty of meeting rooms on site if a bit of quiet or a long telecom is necessary.
