Comprehensive benefits, provided equipment + resources, coworkers were helpful & friendly.
Cons
Perhaps this was just QI department, but the management seemed to be constantly hanging by a thread. Always playing catchup. They would consistently overload themselves and in turn their employees. Tons of inefficiencies, but also poor resource allocation to mitigate said inefficiencies. Lack of structure. Poor workflow. All around a poorly managed department.
