      Pros

      Comfortable office environment & a great team in the UK, Overtime optional, Management team is good especially Garry Boon

      Cons

      The Staff in the head office are unhelpful though more through incompetence the malice, Massive turn over in staff due to petty office politics and high stress so your dep managers are unlikely to still be there after 1 year Very dogmatic especially when it comes to the owner who is known to publicly berate and embarrass people whom he disagrees with. Low pay and in my case very few avenues for progression although i never received a poor performance review More promises than results when it comes most things

      Pros

      Good technical staff, who are generally self motivated. Strong focos on QA due to industry needs, and overall doing a good job in this area.

      Cons

      Owner operated firm, with owner being a toxic bully. Creates aweful "fear" culture. States wants to move to "develope and nurture" culture but reality is can't move past his own fears/paranoia and continues to stick with "hire and fire at my own will" culture. AWEFUL, stay away from here at all costs.

      Contemporary building with nice artwork decorations, easy access by public transportation

      Cons

      Toxic company culture. Many talented and engaged people left the company, due to never-ending change management initiated by the owner. Non-existent employee career development.
