Pros

You will never get your full salary in this company. They even debited staffs for spoilt chairs. The 1 star rating is because I can't submit my review without any rating .

Cons

Temi Nelson Oluwaseun the executive director is more evil than the devil.

Pros

staff bus, pension, 13th month

Cons

Deduction of salaries for lateness and other offenses. management do not take advice from the engineering team. No cool software development culture. corporate dressing ie shirt and tie. Located far away from other companies, which makes it hard for an employee to sneak out for interviews. Unpaid overtime. salary is too small for developers.

Pros

Only if you are not doing anything and you’re tired of being unemployed then you can consider them

Cons

Small pay, no industry standards, everything is rush, wants one developer to build the entire app, backend, frontend, Mobile and literally everything. They really do not understand what a software development is all about. The MD is very rude to his managers and staff, literally insults anyone he wants to, cuts salary at his own will. If you’re late to work by one minute, it will be deducted from your salary. If there is a fault in something that relates to you, there will be deduction from your salary. If a project you’re working on is delayed, no matter the constraints, there will be salary deduction. They recently changed their notice period to three months for newly employed. Like who’ll literally wait for you for three months? This is a trick, so your only option is either to pay them for three months and leave right away or forget about your new job and stay.
