* Fair salary and an okay bonus system for the market * Flexible, people and family first attitudes from the top down - a rare feat that should be everywhere. * Support if you ask for it, when you need it. * Clever, warm and fun people to work with. * Interesting work and easy to see a genuine future with career growth.
Cons
* There is so much happening and it still feels early in so many ways in terms of business function structures, that it can be daunting with the amount of work to get through, so you will never EVER be bored, you just will feel like it is endless in possibilities. *The robotics industry keeps flowing into smarter and smarter solutions so it can be scary to think about where this is all going, but kind of really fun too.
