- Good team members - Whole foods next to office (in Boston location) - Office near San Francisco
Cons
Very frugal, to a point of pain for employees. Seems there is lack of respect and care for employees. Business doesn't seem to have any real direction, or at least not communicated to employees well. Although a small startup, there's quite a lack of information shared with employees, making it feel like big corp. Leadership is not attentive to issues or employee happiness. Employees seem to be viewed as a means to an end, resulting in a lifeless culture.
