Pros
The work is fun, it's an all women company, and you can travel 2-3 times a year to interesting places. Everyone is supportive and wonderful to work with. The management is working to address the company's issues, so hopefully the compensation package will be up to industry standard in the future.
Cons
Few benefits, low pay, on-call hours, bandwidth constraints.
