      Pros

      Nice company to work with and Cynthia and team thanks for taking care of my accommodation during my london trip, you guys rock. As it was my first travel and you guys took care of everything without any issues and concerns. As I am here for few months and happy about the current assignment.

      It would be great if you guys could accommodate more frequent travel and longer duration.

      It was awesome experience working with Eliga, they have acquired big companies in short time, management is well matured and they are well organized and its fast growing company. Very flexible in timings, employee friendly, easy access to top management, management will consider suggestions and strategies, pay masters, HR Meetings quite often, onsite opportunities for short and long term assignment

      1. it is a consultancy not a company hiring on permanent basis 2. Firing employee on permanent role is common 3. Without prior/proper intimation they withdraw the offer 4. No work life balance 5. Insurance is only for employee and not for immediate dependents. Insurance value is too low of 2lacs 6. No job security.
