      Pros

      I feel completely supported by those in leadership positions and my peers. This is a smart group of highly motivated individuals and I'm so excited to be part of this organization. The work-life balance is like nothing I've experienced in previous positions.

      Cons

      Completely remote so I do miss that office environment from time to time. However, I will say the business leaders here do a great job of engaging everyone remotely and making you feel like a valued part of the team.

      Wonderful people to work with! The CEO is super inspiring and really gets you excited for the work that we do helping authors realize their dream to publish a book. The group that works with Elite are smart and thorough and a joy to work with. Everyone is really supportive of one another and ensures that we provide high quality editing and design services to our customers.
