      Very flexible at times, generous pay

      Cons

      No accountability, giving opertunity for employees to take advantage of them and them. Horrible work life ballence called many times in middle of night. Promised big things and a bright future but let everyone down. Made big promises to employees and customers but never delivered.

      Met some good people. The scenery is nice when you get a chance to view it.

      Just read all the other reviews, everything that was said is 100% factual and it all falls on the megalomaniac owner.
