Pros
Great Co workers and Management, really know how to appreciate employees. Push you to do your best and are always there to help you achieve goals above your own .Base pay plus commission, One can make very good money. Had free food for us during special occasions. I had to part my ways due to personal reasons, or I would still be there.
Cons
None really, other than you wont see the increase of pay. until about 3 months or so, but when you do its worth it. They had charge backs . but from what I heard they no longer do those .which is huge! Health insurance was high especially if you have a big family.

No leads, poor management, previous owner David White ruined the place and alot of good salespeople left, coworkers are not the brightest, stuck in an office all day, overworked and underpaid
