      The employee benefits are above average.

      Cons

      Management is inconsistent and disorganised, swinging between micromanaging every task and leaving the team completely unsupported. Feedback can be harsh and delivered publicly, under the guise of 'workplace banter', it never acknowledges when management is at fault, and any praise is almost always private. Communication and follow-up on tasks is unreliable, leaving staff frustrated and forced to chase answers. Work-from-home arrangements are tightly monitored, undermining trust and productivity. Unequal treatment and favouritism are common, negatively impacting team morale.

      - Strong support from day one, with clear communication about the role from both HR and management - Relaxed, collaborative, and genuinely helpful team environment - Colleagues are always willing to jump in and assist whenever needed - no hesitation - Consistently friendly and welcoming atmosphere that has remained strong even after almost a full year - Excellent work-life balance - there’s no expectation or pressure to work outside core hours Overall, Ello Group has been a refreshing and positive place to work.
