One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The working days are Monday to Saturday. Only a few exceptional employees are allowed to work from home and get Saturdays off. New joiners and others must come to the office.
Another issue is with the Provident Fund (PF). The company does not actually contribute to the PF. They deduct the entire PF amount from the employee’s salary but still show the company contribution on the payslip.
There are only five holidays in a year and only one leave allowed per month. It’s a high-pressure job with no good salary package.
I didn't see any HR stay for more than one month in this company. The majority of HR employees resign within a short time
