Pros

People are wonderful. Got to learn about autism and new billing codes. Used an accounting program for the first time.

Cons

Too much work and not enough pay.

Clients are wonderful and a handful of staff on all levels are there for the right reasons.

Cons

Horrible ethics, no follow through, no accountability no mistakes or issues.

Pros

Lower level staff are the best. They work hard despite that many of them make less than $11.00 an hour.

Cons

Program Managers are horrible all 4. They are unskilled and abusive. The company does not provide adequate training to staff. The Program managers were promoted but were never given the tools to lead a team. They have no management and leadership experience.
