      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Dysfunctional work groups, lots of mean and uncaring co-workers, uncertain strategy and very poor management creating it all. Unimaginative corporate HR policies and uncaring/incompetent corporate HR leadership. Remote location HR leadership and staff much better. Company expects superhuman commitment and output, but without giving the environment or resources to achieve that. Those who seek to collaborate and invest in improvement projects won't be rewarded and typically leave. Not close to being worth the time invested in your job.

      Pros

      Learnt a lot while working here. Good Project management practices are fully integrated into the company. Has a small feel to it even though worked across 3 different countries.

      Cons

      They are very quick and ruthless when making staff redundant.

      Pros

      Pay was ok. Summer Friday afternoons off. Technicians and Specialists are good hardworking people.

      Cons

      This place is like the wild west. They shoot from the hip. Men run the show. They scream, curse, drink, and do whatever they please with no recourse. HR is non-existent. With the exception of Friday afternoons in the summer, expect to live at work. Expect that unless you are part of the holy trinity you will be treated like a street dog. Women have it worse. Women are forced out (as can be seen by the great exodus of 2015/2016 when 7 female directors/VPs left, but only 1 male director). They will not take this serious - ever. The men know they have it made.
