Pros

Pay is decent - but you always have to ask for it rather than given to you on merit and overachievements. Great, talented people and surrounded by helpful colleagues.

Cons

Management keeps changing the goalpost before it's even reached, making even over-achieving inidivudals feel underacomplished. Targets are set regardless of your skillset, experience - everyone is measured the same way which makes it unfair for newer, less-experienced members of the team. Very little to no accountability - we have team members that are great but unfortunately also have ones that do the milk run.

Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Current management is completely disconnected from the needs and concerns of individual contributors. Which appears to be on purpose, as the company is in an active strategy of both strategic layoffs and of driving attrition in general, so everyone's stress levels are super high. The head of HR just quit so I can only assume worse labor actions are on their way. Also, be ready to not have a desk but still be required to come in 4 days a week.
