Pros
- Good / Phenomenal Pay - No technical work or rather need to work for more than 2 hours in a day but 8 hours in office you will spend - Young crowd, Extracurricular activities etc etc - You are getting paid for absolutely doing nothing - Wanted to log in from home (not work - Just log in : Yes AIG is perfect for the same) make sure green light is on in communicator : All you need to do is be online
Cons
- No Technical work as it purely Data Entry jobs apart from Portfolio and Actuarial, R&D - Every hook and crook will be promoted as Managers - Expect triple promotion also if you are good at buttering and AL-ing : Otherwise no body cares what you do - Lay Off is very common for AIG - This week you will be in one team, next week in another team , it keeps toggling - No Permanent structure post 5+ years set up still management is experimenting which structure works out for them - Interview Process: You know some manager in AIG, then you are in AIG - Useless in one word
