      Pros

      The pay is unlimited. The more work I do the more pay I receive. There are many career opportunities around the country

      Cons

      LONG HOURS. Management does not always get the complete picture of what we are doing. Advisors need to be allowed to sell all products comparable to others in the industry.

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
