      Pros

      If you are an administrative assistant, you can watch movies all day and get paid to do so. Also, admins get to take off unlimited time with pay!

      Cons

      Regulators make it very difficult for the Bank to take any degree of business risk to grow the business in any meaningful way.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.

      The 401(k) matching contribution is excellent.

      Cons

      Commuting to New York City four days per week. The schedule does not allow for remote work.
